These costs include design, card manufacture, all calling services and custom audio message. Cards are plastic coated card stock. CR80 (credit card size) (3.375 in. by 2.125 in.) 4-color front, 1 color back. Plastic cards are also available (see below)

Corporate Group Packages; We can provide you with smaller quantities of cards for a number of people. The minimum number of cards is 500 per person. The minimum order is 2,000 (4 X 500) The cost is the applicable 1,000 rate plus 20%. There is a one time setup cost of $50 per person.
Plastic Cards; For 20% extra, we can provide you with glossy, solid plastic CR80 (credit card style) cards. PIN privacy scratch-off is .02 per card. A magstripe with encoding is also available for simplified use on pay phones with a magstripe reader. The cost is .05 per card.

Shipping; Courier costs are extra, however there are no handling costs from Adventel. Cards are shipped unactivated. When you have confirmed that they have arrived, they will be bulk activated.
